New York, May is "Haitian Heritage Month", and for the past four (4) years we've been closing the month with the Haitian Parade. This year is no different. This year is even bigger and better. Yes indeed, on Sunday May 28, 2006 (Memorial weekend) we will celebrate Haitian heritage and culture.
The parade will be held in "Little Haiti" on Toussaint Louverture Blvd (Nostrand Avenue) and the "After Parade Festival" and the "Food Court" will be at Nostrand Park located on Foster Avenue between Nostrand and New York Avenue in Brooklyn, NYC.
